New York Blues & Jazz Dive Bar The 55 Bar is a pre-prohibition dive bar since 1919 in the heart of Greenwich Village, Manhattan. The concept here was to maintain the grass roots smoky jazz/blues feel, while offering both performance scheduling information and product and CD merchandising opportunities. The mission here was texture and ambiance so as not to lose the feel of the Manhattan dive bar. |
